Chrissy Grandin is the Vice President of Development for Wood Partners in Central Florida. She is responsible for sourcing, financing, and development of new multifamily projects throughout the Central Florida region. Since 2019, Grandin has been actively involved in the development of over 3,800 units with a total capitalization of $800 million. Prior to joining Wood Partners in 2019, Grandin was introduced to the multifamily space at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) on their investment sales team. Grandin received an MBA from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rollins College as well.
