Joe Belcher is Area Vice President of Construction for the mid-Atlantic and Northeast, primarily consisting of projects in the greater Washington DC and Boston regions. During his 9 years of experience with Gables, Joe has been involved in the development and construction of over 1,750 residential living units and 75,000 square feet of retail. Joe has experience in constructing garden style, mid-rise and high-rise multi-family and mixed-use developments as both an in-house and third-party general contractor. Prior to his experience with Gables, Joe worked for a national general contractor in the Washinton DC metro area. Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and his MBA in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
