Sid Gautam is Director of Acquisitions & Development at Kimaya Real Estate, where he leads a diverse portfolio of multifamily, build-to-rent, and senior living communities across Central Florida. With over 15 years of international real estate experience, he has overseen more than $500M in U.S. developments, including large-scale apartment communities, active adult housing, and mixed-use projects. Prior to his current role, Sid held senior positions at Park Square Homes in Orlando, where he managed acquisitions, capital structuring, and development strategy across multiple asset classes. Earlier in his career, Sid worked with leading global real estate developers in Asia, including Emaar Properties, IREO fund, and TCG Group in partnership with Vornado Realty Trust. His work spanned luxury high-rise condominiums, mixed-use urban districts, and large commercial economic zones, giving him hands-on expertise in design development, project management, and investment analysis. Sid holds an MBA in Finance from ISB, an MS in Real Estate from the University of Florida, and a BS in Architecture. This multidisciplinary academic background, combined with his global project experience, allows him to bridge investment strategy, capital markets, design innovation, and execution excellence in delivering impactful real estate developments.
