Brad Prudhomme is Vice President of Construction at The Dinerstein Companies, leading the east region’s construction operations. Brad brings 20 years of multifamily construction experience, including luxury high rise construction, mixed-used multi-phased wood and concrete podium structures, student housing, garden-style apartments, and Build-to-Rent communities. Brad’s role in managing construction personnel, early project planning and estimating, creating strategic outside partnerships, and engaging with all divisions within the organization has helped foster a united approach to the development/construction/management process within the organization. Prior to arriving at TDC, Brad began his career at Fortune-Johnson General Contractors in 2005, serving several different roles over a 10 year period. He then spent 4 years at Mill Creek Residential’s Southeast Division as Senior Project Manager and Preconstruction Director. His portfolio includes projects in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee, Texas, Arizona, and California.
