Kat Butler serves as Senior Vice President of North American Properties’ Space Coast office, where she leads strategic planning, acquisitions, and execution of large scale development projects across multifamily, industrial, and fee development sectors. Since joining NAP in 2021, she has overseen a multifamily pipeline exceeding $250M, an industrial pipeline valued at $60M, and a fee development program generating more than $4M in revenue. Kat is recognized for her expertise in forward-thinking negotiations, financial modeling, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, which have helped helped North American Properties become one of the region’s most prominent developers. Prior to NAP, she was a commercial real estate broker in Florida and Tennessee, specializing in investment and development site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee. Today, she loves to surf and spend time traveling with her family.
