Mr. Cutter’s background is rooted in design, spending 18 years owning and managing an architectural firm centered on housing, followed by two years developing on-campus housing for small universities in the Midwest with Knosis LLC. His professional life has allowed him to gain a strong perspective with respect to market trends, evaluating development opportunities, and the intricacies of capitalizing on a variety of project types. Mr. Cutter earned dual degrees in Architecture and Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He currently holds architectural licenses in Colorado.
