Lane Stewart is Director of Development for The Spectrum Companies, where he leads multifamily development efforts across Florida. Since opening Spectrum’s Tampa office in 2023, he has advanced and delivered communities including Woodside at Seven Pines in Jacksonville, Everwell at Bexley in Land O’ Lakes, and The Murray in Summerville, SC. Over his career, Lane has overseen more than 2,400 multifamily units and $1 billion in large-scale development and construction projects. His background spans subcontracting, general contracting, development, and owner’s representation, including serving as owner’s rep for Brookfield Properties on the landmark Fifth + Broadway mixed-use project in Nashville. He also created Spectrum’s Project Excellence Framework, a best-practices platform now used across development, construction, and asset management teams.
