Ryan Brown is Vice President of Construction at Gables Residential. Ryan is responsible for overall construction on all projects in the Western United States, primarily focused on markets in Texas, Colorado, Utah, Washington, Arizona and California. Prior to his 11 years at Gables, Ryan logged 15 years between The Lane Company, Colonial Properties and Streetlights Residential. Ryan has spent his career in the development and construction of all types of multifamily and mixed-use projects and has successfully completed over 5,000 units with a total capitalization of over 1 billion dollars during his tenure. Ryan received his BS degree from Georgia Southern University. He is a current member of the NMHC Construction Peer Group Committee and holds a Class A General Contractor license in the state of Florida.
